|
|

The book”Balaya Bedamu Rata Nobedamu” has discussed in length, how to solve the National question through a constitutional reform, which will not disrupt the territorial integrity of the country .The history of this conflict, how other countries have solved similar conflicts and 18 letters written by reputed intellectuals who have deeply analyzed the different methods available in the formation of a democratic regime which could successfully address today’s needs. Thus the script explains the conflict in depth, as well as likely solutions.
